Abby Craig, Head Coach

Abby is a multi-sport coach and athlete with a passion for game IQ, body mechanics, and mental game. As an outfielder/utility, she fosters fast-paced, aggressive ball, and empowers young women to take risks, and to grow athletically, academically, and socially. She and her all female coaching staff strive for the girls to recognize the game/situation in front of them in the moment, and encourage them to communicate with each other to achieve the intended outcome. She prefers to lead by support and guidance, not micromanagement. Her coaching philosophies include leave life off the field, be a good teammate, don't waste your reps, "yes, coach" & thumbs up, and NEXT BALL.

 

Jen Lankins, Assistant Coach

Jen Lankins has been immersed in competitive softball since childhood. She played for a back-to-back state championship program in high school and transitioned to coaching in 2019 - building extensive experience across youth sports. Jen focuses on foundational mechanics, advanced skill development, situational game IQ, and fostering player confidence. Beyond on-field coaching, she is an active community leader who has served on youth sports boards and currently directs fundraising operations for Rex Putnam High School Softball.
